The SIM 2018 Meeting provides the opportunity to present innovative data related to intensive care research and to network with a Scandinavian audience representing a diverse spectrum of intensive care expertise.
The SIM2018 Program Committee will select abstracts for presentation during the SIM 2018 Meeting based on the following:
· Oral presentations by authors presenting original data of superior quality, followed by expert discussion and perspectives.
· Poster display sessions for review, discussion and questions. Paper posters will be displayed for the whole meeting and the presenting authors must be available for Q&A for one hour to represent their work.
We encourage all Scandinavian intensivists who are actively conducting research to consider sending your abstract to the meeting. This year we are naturally very interested to hear from all of you who are active in Metabolism and Shock. However, we do try our best to give as many researchers as possible the opportunity to display and discuss their results with Scandinavian colleagues, also from other fields of intensive care.
Don’t wait for the last minute. Let us know what you are interested in and what you have found. Your colleagues want to hear about your research!
Abstracts can be submitted by email to sim.helsinki.2018@gmail.com, before April 30th.
